All courses fees must be paid in full before any delegate is confirmed a place on a training course.
Any adjustment to course fees will be at the discretion of Oris Medical Ltd.
Any promotions or discounts are not transferable they are only applicable to the designated promotion or discount.
Course refunds are subject to a 25% administration fees.  Doctors who have booked onto a training course must notify Oris Medical without delay if they wish to cancel their booking. Penalties may apply depending on the time of cancellation. Cancellation more than 1 month prior to the course date, you will receive a full refund less administration fee. Between 1 month and two weeks prior to the course date, we will refund 50% of the course fee less the administration fee. All cancellations within two weeks of the course date will result in no refund being made. A delegate’s place on a course is only verified if full course payment is received.
A provisional booking is at the discretion of Oris Medical Ltd and does not guarantee that a delegate has been allocated a place on a course.  A provisional course booking can be overridden by a paid course delegate if there are limited places available on a training course.
A cheque payments must be made payable to ‘Oris Medical Ltd’ and sent to Oris Medical Ltd registered trading address which is 35 Kings Road, Alton, Hampshire, GU34 1PX.
It is the responsibility of the potential delegate to ensure that their cheque payment arrives at the Oris Medical Ltd registered address.
No photographs must be taken by delegates attending a training course.
Oris Medical Ltd will ask permission from its delegates or clients if their photographs can be taken subject to the Data Protection Act 1998.
Oris Medical Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend any training dates or locations. In this instance delegates will be notified immediately and alternative details will be provided or a full refund will be given.

Training Course Terms & Conditions

All Oris Medical Ltd trainers and courses are insured by Hamilton Fraser and all attendees will be covered by this policy during practical sessions. Once leaving our training course, attendees are required to arrange their own indemnity insurance cover.

A certificate of attendance will be issued upon successful completion of the course but attendance of an Oris Medical training course does not guarantee competence.

All bookings for training courses with Oris Medical are sold subject to appropriate qualifications and acceptance of our terms and conditions, which do not affect your statutory rights. Oris Medical reserves the right to decline any application for attendance.

Doctors / dentists who have booked onto a training course must notify Oris Medical without delay if they wish to cancel their booking. Penalties may apply depending on the time of cancellation. Cancellation more than 1 month prior to the course date, you will receive a full refund. Between 1 month and two weeks prior to the course date, we will refund 50% of the course fee. All cancellations within two weeks of the course date will result in no refund being made and we will endeavour to book a suitable alternative course date.

Oris Medical Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend any training dates or locations. In this instance delegates will be notified immediately and alternative details will be provided or a full refund will be given.

With specific relation to our “100% Satisfaction” guarantee; if a delegate wishes to notify us of their dissatisfaction and wishes to claim due compensation, they must make their complaint in person on the day of training to the senior Oris Medical trainer present. A claim form must be completed in full and no complaint in relation to this offer will be considered once the delegate leaves the premises of the training venue. If the delegate claims on the promotion in a timely fashion Oris Medical reserve the right to select the ‘competitor’s training course’ and will only pay the training provider directly.

The “100% Satisfaction” guarantee cannot be claimed if the delegate has benefitted from a promotion or discount offered by Oris Medical, they must have paid the full course fee to make a claim.

Oris Medical retains the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Models

Oris Medical teach medically qualified doctors & dentists to administer medical aesthetic treatments including Botox® and dermal fillers. Our qualified and fully insured trainers will be present at all times overseeing the attendees. As a model, there are a few terms & conditions you must agree to in order to attend a training course organised by Oris Medical Ltd.

By confirming your appointment you also confirm you have read, understood and agree to the following;

1. All training dates and appointment times are provisional and can be cancelled at any time, without notice. Oris Medical will endeavour to give notice should a cancelation be necessary.

2. All models attend training courses at their own expense and no compensation will be paid for by Oris Medical should they cancel an appointment.

3. Models must arrive in time to receive treatment at their allotted time. Lateness may result in your appointment being cancelled.

4. Oris Medical will at all times endeavour to keep to allotted modeling times, but will not be held accountable for model appointments running late.

5. Oris Medical reserves the right to refuse treatment to any model, prior to or on the day itself, without giving reason.

6. Botox® and dermal fillers training is provided primarily for the benefit of the trainees and as such standard treatments will be administered where appropriate.

7. During a modeling appointment for Botox, standard treatments, as determined by Oris Medical, will be administered.

8. Oris Medical is not responsible for administering follow-up treatments to any models. We will endeavour to book additional modeling opportunities for those wishing to attend but these will be at the expense of the model.

9. Payment for the treatments received must be paid for in full immediately following treatment using cash or payment cards accepted by Oris Medical.
