Refund Policy

We want you to buy with confidence, to that end please find below details of our refund and cancelation policy.
All bookings for training courses with Oris Medical are sold subject to the attendee holding appropriate qualifications and acceptance of our terms and conditions. Oris Medical reserves the right to decline any application for attendance.
REFUNDS
Our training days offer a strictly limited number of places and are regularly oversubscribed. Bookings are secured once payment of course fees are received in full and are offered on a first come first served basis.
The sale of each place is a final, non-refundable transaction. Please ensure you understand this and fully intend to complete the course.
Upon payment, access details and passwords for training material is sent to the email address provided by the purchaser. The purchaser then has unlimited access to the material and has a place secured on our training day.
Once the purchaser has accessed the training material, they do not have the right to receive a refund.
CANCELLATIONS
The sale of each place is a final, non-refundable transaction and cannot be cancelled without penalty. Please ensure you understand this and fully intend to complete the course.

Purchasers who have booked onto a training course must notify Oris Medical without delay if they wish to cancel their booking. Penalties may apply depending on the time of cancellation.
Cancellations more than 1 month prior to the course date, you will receive refund less a £50 admin fee. Cancellations one month to two weeks prior to the course date, will receive 50% refund of the course fee. All cancellations within two weeks of the course date will result in no refund being made but we will endeavour to book a suitable alternative course date for the purchaser.
INCORRECT PURCHASE
If the purchaser completes payment in error and the training material has not been accessed, we will issue a full refund within 72 hours of the transaction.
NON RECEIPT OF PRODUCT/INCORRECT EMAIL
It is our customer’s responsibility to provide their correct email address in order that the training material can be delivered by electronic means.
All outgoing emails from Oris Medical are logged on our system and we can monitor whether an email has been received and/or opened.
TRAINING NOT AS DESCRIBED
We are very careful to provide a detailed description of our training courses and what the purchaser should expect. On completion of the training course and the purchaser’s attendance at the practical day, if they feel dissatisfied with the experience we are happy to provide a 100% refund.
HOW TO CLAIM A REFUND
